1/4 cup (50g) butter / coconut oil / ghee / any other heat-stable fat​​

1/2 cup (15g) freeze-dried unsweetened berries / OR 1/2 cup (60g) unsweetened normal dried berries

1/4 cup (45g) powdered erythritol / Swerve confectioner's sweetener / 1/4 tsp. liquid stevia

1/2 cup (40g) unsweetened shredded coconut / OR 25g protein crisps
-
1 + 1/2 cup (145g) chopped nuts / OR more shredded coconut

1/4 cup (30g) seeds / OR cacao nibs

1/2 tsp (2g) salt

(optional) 1/4 cup (70g) nut or seed butter / OR coconut butter

(optional) 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
1. Preheat the oven to 325F / 163C. Melt together the nut butter and your fat of choice over low heat, or in the microwave using shorts 15-second bursts.
2. Mix in the vanilla, salt, and sweetener of choice until well combined.
3. Next, mix in all the remaining ingredients EXCEPT the dried fruit. Mix well, then bake in the oven for 20 minutes, mix around the granola and rotate the pan 180 degrees, then bake for another 10 minutes.
4. While the granola is still warm, mix in the dried fruit, then let cool fully at room temperature before transferring to an air-tight container.
